Protecting your Mind requires protecting the credentials, devices and exports associated with it.
Recovery information
CALMTICY may generate recovery information during onboarding. Store it privately and separately from the device where the application is installed.
Data exports
When export functionality is available, exported files may contain sensitive personal information. Anyone with access to those files may be able to inspect or restore their contents.
Lost credentials
CALMTICY may be unable to recover a Mind, private key, encrypted export or other protected information when the corresponding credentials have been lost.
Important
Sovereignty includes responsibility.
User ownership means CALMTICY cannot always override encryption, replace missing credentials or recover information from a damaged or unavailable device.
